How does a mobile tire change work?
You book a time online, a technician drives a fully equipped truck to your driveway, office or curbside, and swaps your tires on the spot. An on-rim swap takes about 30 minutes per car, and you don't need to be home as long as we can get to the car, the keys and the tires.
1. Book online
Pick the service, your address and a time on the booking page. Tell us whether your tires are on rims or not (see on-rim vs off-rim) and add any notes, like where the tires are kept or a gate code.
2. Get the tires and the car ready
- Leave the other set where the technician can reach them: garage, porch or beside the car.
- Make sure the car is somewhere with a bit of room on each side. A driveway, a parking spot or a quiet curb all work.
- If you have locking wheel nuts, leave the lock key in the cup holder. Without it the wheels cannot come off.
3. The technician arrives
Your technician pulls up in a truck carrying everything a shop has: jacks, an impact wrench, a calibrated torque wrench and, for off-rim jobs, a tire machine and a balancer. You can see who is coming on our team page.
4. The swap
The car is lifted safely, the wheels come off, the other set goes on and each lug nut is torqued to your vehicle's spec. Every visit also includes:
- A tire rotation
- A tire pressure check
- A visual safety inspection of the tires
An on-rim swap takes about 30 minutes per car. Off-rim changes, where tires are mounted and balanced, take a little longer.
5. Done
The tires you took off are left where you asked, or we take them away for storage. After the first 50 to 100 km it is worth having the lug nuts re-checked.

Do I need to be home?
No. As long as the car, the keys and the tires are accessible, many customers leave everything ready and get on with their day. We let you know when it is done.
Can you do it at my office?
Yes. We work in driveways, office and condo parking lots and at the curb, as long as there is safe, level space beside the car.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Often, depending on the schedule and where you are. Book online and we will confirm the soonest time we have.
