The job comes to you
A tire change is one of the few roadside jobs that does not need a shop. The tools fit in a van, the work takes about half an hour, and the one thing it really needs is somewhere to park the car. That is why it suits a mobile crew, and it is why CAA sends this work out rather than towing it in.
We are a certified contractor for that work. Same crew, same vans and the same five-star standard we hold on every other job. The difference is only in how the job reaches us.
It has to go through CAA
Call CAA, not us
Ring CAA the way you normally would and ask for a tire change. If we are the contractor covering your area, CAA sends the job to us and we come to you.
Booking us directly is not the same thing and it is not covered. We cannot take a CAA job over our own line, we cannot put one through our booking page, and we cannot apply your membership to a booking you made yourself. The only route that is covered is the one that starts with CAA.

Yes. We are a certified contractor for CAA for mobile tire changes across Ottawa and the GTA, and we do that work the same way we do every other job: at your home or your work, on the spot.
How do I get a CAA mobile tire change?
Call CAA and ask for a tire change. If we are the contractor covering your area, CAA dispatches the job to us and we come to you. There is no other way to start it.
Is a CAA tire change free?
What CAA covers is between you and CAA, and it depends on your membership and what the job is. Ask them when you call. Anything outside that, we quote you before we touch the car.
Can I book you directly instead of going through CAA?
Not for CAA work. The job has to be raised with CAA and dispatched to us, or it is not a CAA job and your membership does not apply to it. Call CAA and ask for a tire change.
Where do you cover?
Ottawa and Gatineau, the GTA from Burlington through to Oshawa, and Collingwood and Wasaga Beach. Calgary is opening for on-rim changes.
